These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReplyWorth platform and services ("Service"), operated by ReplyWorth ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ReplyWorth is a subscription-based software service that automatically generates and posts AI-crafted responses to Google reviews on behalf of home service businesses. The Service includes access to a client dashboard, Google Maps ranking data, competitor analysis, and monthly reporting features.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

To use the Service, you must grant ReplyWorth manager-level access to your Google Business Profile. By doing so, you authorize us to:
You may revoke this access at any time by removing our email address as a manager on your Google Business Profile. Revoking access will stop the Service from functioning but does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Pricing: The Service is offered at $99/month (Core Plan) plus a one-time setup fee of $149. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Setup fee: The one-time setup fee covers onboarding, configuration, and initial account setup. This fee is non-refundable after the 30-day money-back guarantee period described below.
Failed payments: If payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and retry the charge. Continued failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@replyworth.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent months.
30-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund of your first month's subscription fee and your setup fee. After 30 days, all fees are non-refundable.

Review responses are generated by artificial intelligence. While we take steps to ensure responses are professional and appropriate, we do not guarantee that every AI-generated response will be accurate, complete, or suitable for every situation. You remain responsible for all content posted under your Google Business Profile.
Negative reviews (3 stars and below) are held for your approval before posting. You are responsible for reviewing and approving these responses before they go live.
The Service, including its design, software, and content, is owned by ReplyWorth and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes during your subscription period.
You retain ownership of your business data, reviews, and the review responses generated on your behalf.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Google Maps rankings are determined by Google and are outside our control. We make no guarantees regarding specific ranking outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyWorth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReplyWorth and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you by email.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
